Three weeks later I still do not have the product.Gives Amazon.com a BAD name Product would not charge. Returned to distributor since they said they would send me a replacement.
I have to get a new one about once a year, but they have the best sound and people can understand you best with them. Of all the different bluetooth headsets I've tried HS850 is for sure the best. They do wear out.
I use it mainly for online gaming, not for phone use. It works great I like how easy it is to turn on and off by simply fliping the boom stick. It can get uncomfortable after prolong use, but that a matter of opinion.
Turn my head quickly and the unit shakes a bit, and then the loose buttons noted above are actuated.5. This results in false calls.4. This also makes it impossible for me to use voice commands on my phone -- commands are not recognized.2. After a few weeks of use, the charger no longer coupled well with the headset. All buttons on the unit are too loose. I got about 2 weeks of good use from this product (notwithstanding some of the issues noted below).
No noise cancelling -- I cannot use this in my car, as the background noise it picks up makes it difficult for me to hear the distant-end party. The unit does not sit tightly on the ear. I wouldn't purchase it again, even at prices I am now seeing, e.g. They can be actuated by what seems to be just about the weight of a glance. It had to be held in an awkward position to keep charging.Makes me question whether I had actually purchased a brand new unit.Going to try a Jabra product next. $12.50.Problems:1.
Folding up the mic arm does not always turn off the unit -- the on-off operation is intermittent.3.
Everyone always asked if I was on my cell. It was inexpensive and that is what I got. I never did get good sound quality in or out of this blue tooth.
